Before opening our B&B for business, we spent many years working overseas. We moved to MN in August 1998, lived there until October 2005. Gloria worked as an Administrative Asst. for Medtronic and Bill worked for Coldwell Banker. After 17 years in MN, we decided to move to a warmer place

It was Gloria’s dream to someday own a B&B, so we decided to look for a B&B for sale all over the nation. We found a B&B for sale in Williams, AZ, we both fell in love with this log home which is just an hour away from the beautiful Grand Canyon National Park. The B&B is a two-story log home nestled on an acre lot overlooking the Bill Williams mountain, with an elevation of nearly 7,000 ft. The weather here is what we were looking for, not too hot nor too cold. We renovated, added on and continuing it’s useful life has been our mission for the past 8 years, now we get to share it with people from all over the world, it is a great feeling. The renovation comes with the decorating, dressing the house with wood floor, curtains, furniture and fittings that created the atmosphere of elegance and comfort. It’s not a museum, and we want everyone who comes here to feel at home.

Gloria loves people and it’s an absolute joy helping visitors feel at home here at the Grand Living B&B. Some of her other interests are cooking, decorating and singing, she is a member of a church choir. You will sometimes hear her singing.

The unique atmosphere of the B&B is unlike anything you might experience during a typical hotel stay. Gloria is now living her dream of owning a Bed and Breakfast.

Our Policies:

Grand Living B&B is a Totally Non-Smoking B&B Inside/Outside.
We do not accommodate pets.
We do not accommodate children under 10 years old.
One-Night stays, incur a $10.00 Housekeeping Fee.
Check-In Time: From 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM. Early or late arrivals must be arranged in advance.
Check-Out Time: 10:00 AM. Late Check-out must be arranged in advance.
Payment Methods: Cash, VISA, MasterCard, Discover & American Express.
Deposits: A fixed amount of US$25.00 will be charged on the day of booking to reserve the room, this is non-refundable.
Cancellations: If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
Gift Certificate will be issued good for ONE (1) year. GIFT CERTIFICATES are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Taxes: 4.5% Lodging Tax NOT included in room rate. A City Tax is not applicable. A Service Charge is not applicable.
A charge for clean-up and/or fumigating the room will be applied to the card if pets or smoking are brought into the B&B.

For those traveling on business, we do have Free wireless internet throughout our bed and breakfast!
