General Policies:
- Grand Living B&B is a Totally Non-Smoking B&B Inside/Outside
- We cannot accommodate pets
- We cannot accommodate children
- Check-in time 4:00PM and Check-Out time 10:00AM
Reservations/Cancellation Policy:
- Credit card will be charged a $25.00 non-refundable administration fee; balance will be charged Ten (10) days prior to arrival.
- Cancellations made at least Ten (10) days prior to arrival will be charged $25.00 Cancellation Fee. Cancellations within the Ten (10) days prior to arrival will be charged the Full Amount and will be issued a Voucher good for One (1) Year. A $25.00 Booking Fee will apply when re-booking
- Non-refundable fee applies to early check-outs.
- A charge for clean-up and/or fumigating the room will be applied to the card if pets or smoking are brought into the B&B.
