Tucked at the base of the mountains in historic Williams, AZ. Grand Living Bed & Breakfast is a two-story spacious Log Home. Relax in the restful, romantic atmosphere in one of our six-rooms. Every room is individually decorated with antiques and artwork pieces, features private entrance (except for the Suite & Blue rooms located upstairs), wood floor, accent rugs, fireplace, ceiling fan, King or Queen-size bed with plush linens, sitting area with high back chairs, desk, luggage stand, TV, Wireless Internet, private bathroom with Jacuzzi tub or claw foot tub with shower attached, pedestal sink, plush bathrobes, towels, toiletries, and hairdryer.
We can arrange a private tour of Northern Arizona, ancient ruins, train ride to the Grand Canyon, golfing, rafting, helicopter rides, tours or horseback riding. We also offer accommodations for romantic getaways, business travelers, reunions, showers/weddings, tea parties, and cooking classes.

THE SUITE located upstairs, consists of two connecting rooms with a single large bathroom with a separate claw-foot tub and a separate shower. The Master bedroom has a King-size bed, accentuated with a gorgeous gold and burgundy color bed covers, curtains and decorative pillows coordinate with the bed covers, & floor length mirror. The adjoining room has a Queen-size bed, a large futon, glass-top table with four chairs, a small fridge hidden inside the cabinet, TV, sink, & a beautiful white shelves with glass wall decorated with knick-knacks. Both rooms have a fireplace, overhead fans, large windows, closet and stained glass windows that give beautiful glow inside the rooms.
The minimun stay is two nights. No one night booking allowed. No children under 10 years of age.
THE SUITE $290.00 a night. (THE SUITE ACCOMMODATES FOUR (4) PERSONS ONLY, EACH ADDITIONAL PERSON IS $35.00/NIGHT).
After a busy day of adventure, enjoy the comfort of the HEATHER ROOM with a Queen-size bed adorned with beautiful beige and dainty flower embroidered bed cover and throw pillows, a private entry, and a ceiling fan. The quaint sitting area with high back chairs is a place to enjoy the warmth of the fire during the cool nights. Kick off your shoes and watch your favorite movie within your own room. Private bath with cast iron clawfoot tub with shower attached offers a great place to relax at the end of the day at your own privacy.

The King-size bed accentuated with the simmering green and silver thread bed covers, & coordinated with decorative pillows. Large window with beautiful white lace curtain and green velvet armchairs add charm to the room, TV, and a ceiling fan. Private bath with cast iron clawfoot tub with shower attached, private entry to the wrap-around porch located directly off this room. The warmth of the fireplace awaits you within your own private room when the crisp night air starts to set in.

The ROSE ROOM offers beautifully crafted alder wood floors & forest views from the large window and private access onto the covered wrap-around porch for watching the setting sun. Enjoy a restful night’s sleep in a King-size four poster bed adorned with exquisite bed covers designed in shimmering rose and gold colored accents. The sitting area make a great place to relax in front of a cozy roaring fire, curl up in two large wing back chairs or enjoy a good movie. The ceiling fan helps to cool the room during summer. A leisurely soak awaits you after a fun day of sight-seeing in the hand painted two-person clawfoot tub with shower in your own private bathroom.

The well appointed ORCHID ROOM has a Queen-size bed accented with soft shades of blue, white and butter yellow bed cover and decorative pillows. It has a fireplace, two high-back chairs and private entrance leading to the large wrap-around porch, TV, and a ceiling fan. The highlight of this room is the private bathroom with two-person jacuzzi tub with a shower attached, a perfect place to relax after a long-day of exploring the Grand Canyon and sightseeing other areas of interest. It also features a common sitting area outside the room with fireplace, ceiling fan, large sofa, chess table, chairs and beautiful wall shelvings with collectible blue and white Spode china from England and DVDs to watch in your room. This room is sure to be a favorite of yours too!
ORCHID ROOM $170.00 a night.

The spacious and well decorated BLUE ROOMis located on the second floor. Our most romantic room with a King-size four-poster bed accentuated with beautiful blue & white bed covers and decorative throw pillows takes our guests’ breath away. It also offers a roll-top desk, fireplace, ceiling fan, flat screen TV and large windows overlooking the beautiful mountain scenery. Our largest private bathroom in the inn, has a walk-in shower, two pedestal sinks and a vanity, a favorite among our guests and perfect for newlyweds, anniversaries and romantic getaways. Outside the Blue Room is a large sitting area with a TV, fireplace, ceiling fans and a sofa. Lining the walls are shelves with various knick-knacks.
